Gift tags

Hello and welcome - it's time for another card for the Amuse Studio Challenge Blog.  This week's challenge is to make some gift tags - so if you are like me and hate to throw anything away, why not join us and use up some of those scraps - if you add a link to your project on the Challenge blog you could even win some Amuse Studio goodies.

Here is my offering:

Each tag measures 5 1/2" x 2 1/4" and consists of two layers, one sugar and one cranberry.  I stamped the image and sentiment, coloured the image with Copics and then used the snowflake die to cut a snowflake 'window' in the front tag. I then punched a hole through both tags, tied it with cherry bakers twine, and since I really liked the slightly offset look, added a dab of tape to old them in place - the Copics bleed through the top layer so you can't just leave it to swing free.

I do hope you can play along with us this week.

All the supplies for this project are from Amuse Studio

stamps: holiday tags, chill of winter
paper: sugar, cranberry
ink: memento black tuxedo
misc: cherry bakers twine

Adorable. Love how you incorporated the snowflake die in the top.
