Marvelous Marigolds

The juices are really flowing this week.  Today's cards was inspired by the colours of the challenge over at The Play Date Cafe.  It was also an excuse to ink up my new marvelous marigolds stamps.

The colour palette is a little scary for me, but I think I like it.

I started by stamping the script background in bermuda, added evergreen leaves and orange marigolds.  A couple of die cut butterflies and onyx pearls complete the picture.

All the supplies for this card are from Amuse Studio and are available here - the marigolds set is featured in the May spotlight and is currently on sale.

stamps: marvelous marigolds, script background, beautiful botanicals 2
card: sugar, orange, onyx
ink: bermuda, evergreen, orange
misc: butterfly die, onyx pearl stickers

I was sent this set by mistake from A Muse. Seeing this card, I realize I should have kept it and not sent it back. Great job!
