Graduation Spinner Card

Two of my daughter's housemates are graduating this year, so I wanted to make two, completely different cards for them.  This is the first:

Tip the card and the hat spins to the other end of the track - very clever if I say so myself!

Everything you need to make this card is available from my online store - with the exception of the two pennies you need for the rolling mechanism!
