Okay, so we all know it can be difficult to make a card for a boy - of whatever age, but that is just what we've been challenged to do over on the Amuse Studio Challenge blog. For a long time I've wanted to experiment with the upholstery on the recliner in the hey, man! set - this proved the perfect excuse!
I stamped the grunged sunrays in lido on a scrap of sugar card and trimmed so that they filled the paper - I find it easier to get the image straight and central this way. Then I stamped the chair on a scrap of lido patterned paper and cut the image out with my details scissors. The hey, man! set has the perfect sentiment, which I stamped in rialto to match the backing papers. The final card measures 3 1/2 x 5.
Why not pop over to the AMuse Studio Challenge Blog to have a look at the other inspirational ideas, and while you are there, why not join us in the challenge?
