Birthday Gift Card Holder

Still stocking up for my craft fair here, and when I looked through what I had, I found I had a lot of holiday gift card holders, but very few for the rest of the year.  I know I am not alone in not liking to give gift cards and money, but sometimes it's the best thing to do, and at least if the holder looks like some time and creativity went into it, it feels better.   I am now the proud owner of the Amuse Studio gift card insert die, so this is a great opportunity to play - today's is for a birthday:
