Woo Hoo!, this week's OLW challenge is up, and it's a goodie! Design a card using only white and red or cream and red. Here's what I came up with:
Who would of thought that it would work? Well, Susan obviously, and now I'm a convert.
The card was slightly fiddly to make, with all the masking necessary to keep the red areas cleanly defined. I stamped the dotted lines first, masked of the area outside the candy stripe and then randomly stamped the candy - a quick sentiment and I was done.
All the supplies for this card are from Amuse Studio
stamps: candy cane wishes, naughty or nice, tini time
paper: sugar
ink: cranberry

This card is so fabulous! It looks good enough to eat! ;D
Very nice! I know what you mean about the masking - I was considering a similar design but did not have the patience for all the masking it would have needed. But your effort was well worth it; this is a lovely card.
It may seem putzy, but the result is fabulous!
Super cute card! So crisp and clean looking!
Such a sweet card! Sorry, couldn't resist! I do like the Christmas candies!
Goodness I adore your card, the candy images are such fun and you've placed them perfectly...neat piece of stamping :)
